Do you offer combined shipping discounts?

If a separate order is placed unfortunately multi shipping discounts cannot be offered. For security purposes, all transactions will have a tracking number associated with each purchase. Also, each transaction has credit card processing fees associated with them.

My tracking information states my package was delivered, but I haven't received it. Can I have a refund?

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers below in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

How do I cancel my order?

Please e-mail support@belairbeauty.com with your order number and your request to cancel and we will try to accommodate your request before your order enters processing at our warehouse. Kindly note, however, that orders enter processing at our warehouse between 5pm and 5am EST Monday-Friday. Therefore, if your request to cancel your order is submitted in-between this time frame, we can't guarantee that we'll be able to cancel it. If your order is already in processing at our warehouse or has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. If this is the case, you can simply refuse the package upon delivery and request to have it returned to sender. The courier will then ship it back to us...

How do I change my shipping address?

Please contact support@belairbeautyclub.com immediately with your order number and your new shipping address. Although we cannot guarantee that we'll catch your order in time before it enters processing, we will try our absolute best to make the requested changes, although it is the responsibility of the buyer to input their correct shipping address. Kindly note that once an order enters processing at our warehouse, we no longer have the ability to make any changes to it. Orders go into processing at our warehouse between 5pm and 5am EST, therefore, it is best to e-mail in your requests between 5am and 5pm EST.

How long does shipping take?

You will typically receive your package  3-5 business days from the day you place your order, except during holiday seasons or inclement weather. In those cases, shipping may take slightly longer.  Shipping times will vary depending on your location: U.S. orders will take 3-7 business days to deliver (Dependant on all your info matching.) International orders will take 6-20 business days to deliver
